The Peletto ShTP-4-2 dosing screw conveyor with two outlets is designed for precise dosing and uniform material feeding in high-capacity pellet production lines where two pellet mills operate simultaneously.

Using one dosing screw conveyor with two outlets instead of two separate units saves space, simplifies the feeding of animal feed, sawdust, and other bulk materials, and allows the entire system to be controlled from a single control panel.

The ShTP-4-2 model is equipped with a large 4 m³ hopper. Thanks to its design, the hopper can be filled using a loader, eliminating the need for manual loading. This reduces material spillage and speeds up the entire production process.

The specially designed shape of the hopper directs the material to the lower central section, where it enters the improved mixing system. The system is equipped with two counter-rotating ribbon agitators that evenly direct the material toward the two separate feeding outlets.

Each outlet can supply a separate pellet mill, making the ShTP-4-2 ideal for high-capacity production lines with two pellet mills operating simultaneously.

The use of a dosing screw conveyor with two outlets can also reduce the number of personnel required to operate the production line. A production line without a crusher and dosing unit can be operated by one operator.

Each outlet of the screw conveyor is equipped with a neodymium magnet to help protect the pellet mill dies from metal particles that may be present in the raw material. For raw materials containing larger foreign objects, the hopper can additionally be equipped with a screening grid.
