Turbo Shank Premium coulter with 15 mm row cleaner.
Designed for use in direct sowing seeders, as well as for mini-till and no-till technology.
The coulter is equipped with a cutting disc that cuts crop residues and plant roots that are in the surface layer of the soil.
On the same hub with the disk, flanges are fixed, which perform three functions:
rolling over the soil surface, they provide copying of the microrelief of the field;
press the stubble residues, facilitating their cutting;
compact the soil surface, which allows the anchor to prepare a neat furrow with less loosening of the soil.
The tip part of the anchor is made of wear-resistant high-strength alloy.
Following the anchor is a plastic seed and fertilizer compactor that presses the seeds tightly to the bottom of the furrow, ensuring their guaranteed contact with moist soil.
After the compactor comes the furrow-closing wheel according to the Chicken-Tracker principle.
   Chicken-Tracker prevents:
creation of air pockets;
excessive compaction of the landing bed;
deep furrow;
dirt sticking to the wheel;
the appearance of a dry crust on dried soil on hot and windy days;
compaction of the soil in conditions of high humidity, which increases the contact of seeds with the soil and favorably affects the uniformity of seedlings.
